Engr. Chukwudi Okafor founded Tunac Shelter with a commitment to quality, safety and honest project delivery. He has overseen residential estates, commercial buildings and institutional projects across Nigeria, and he personally reviews every major project to make sure it meets the agreed specification, budget and timeline.
As part of the Tunac Shelter technical management team, Engr. Chukwudi Okafor actively enforces daily site inspection checklists, independent materials testing protocols, and uncompromised adherence to engineering drawings.
