Apex Commercial Plaza

Apex Plaza combines ground-floor retail with four floors of open-plan offices above a basement car park. The reinforced-concrete frame was cast floor by floor while the glazed facade and services were installed in parallel to protect the programme.

The building was completed with lifts, backup power and fire systems commissioned and tested before handover.
