A 12,000 sqm steel-frame warehouse with heavy-duty floor slabs, loading docks and an admin block.
The brief was a fast, dependable build for a logistics operator that needed the warehouse working before the peak season. We poured the floor slab in controlled bays, erected the steel frame in parallel with roof cladding and finished the loading docks and offices ahead of schedule.
